Purchase Terms

Unreplaceable Advantage is a business-building platform designed to help individuals create and execute an AI-powered business.

The program includes:

• Structured training content
• AI-powered tools (including AIDEN)
• The Business Builder system
• Frameworks, templates, and workflows
• Optional support, community, or live sessions (if included in your tier)

This is a digital product + software-enabled experience, not a physical good.

You are purchasing:

A license to access the Unreplaceable Advantage platform and its associated tools.

You are NOT purchasing:

• Ownership of content
• Rights to resell or redistribute materials
• Rights to reproduce or commercialize the system

• Access is granted after successful payment
• Access is delivered digitally via login credentials
• Access may be immediate or shortly after purchase

We reserve the right to:

• Modify platform features
• Update or improve content
• Add or remove tools over time

A. Full Payment

If paid in full: you receive access as defined at purchase.

B. Payment Plans

If using a payment plan:

• You agree to complete all scheduled payments
• Failure to complete payments may result in restricted or revoked access

You remain responsible for the full payment obligation.

C. Payment Authorization & Card Use

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized holder of the payment method used; or
• You have full legal authorization from the cardholder to use that payment method

You further agree that:

• You are responsible for the transaction and any associated obligations
• You will not initiate a payment dispute or chargeback on the basis that the transaction was unauthorized if you directly or indirectly participated in or benefited from the purchase

In the event of a dispute, the Company may provide evidence including:

• IP address and device information
• Account registration details
• Login and usage activity
• Course engagement and platform access logs

Unauthorized use of a payment method may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and cooperation with payment processors and fraud investigations.

D. Access & Authorization Confirmation

Access to the Platform, including login, content consumption, or use of tools, constitutes confirmation that the purchase was authorized.

Continued use of the Platform may be used as evidence of valid authorization.

Due to the nature of digital access and proprietary materials: all sales are final unless eligibility criteria are met.

Refund eligibility requires:

• Active participation
• Completion of required steps
• Demonstrated implementation effort

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of time or participation
• Failure to complete the program
• Failure to implement
• Dissatisfaction without full engagement

You acknowledge:

• AI is not a substitute for professional advice
• The Platform’s value is derived from the overall system, methodology, and user execution — not any single tool, feature, or output
• Variability, inaccuracy, or inconsistency in AI outputs does not constitute failure of the Platform or its core deliverable

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing outputs
• Making final decisions

• Access is for one user only
• Account sharing is prohibited

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage
• Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse

You may NOT:

• Share or distribute materials
• Copy or reproduce content
• Extract prompts, frameworks, or systems
• Use the material to create competing products

You agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to:

• Provide evidence of access and usage
• Suspend access during disputes

We may update:

• Program content
• Platform features
• Tools and systems

These updates are part of maintaining and improving the experience.
