By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Access is granted as a personal, non-transferable license, not ownership.

• Extract, reuse, or repurpose frameworks, prompts, or systems
• Use the content to create competing products, programs, or services

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination without refund.

• Payment is required prior to access
• If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments
• Failure to complete payments may result in restricted or revoked access

Due to the nature of digital access, proprietary systems, and immediate platform availability: all sales are final unless eligibility criteria are met.

Refund eligibility (if applicable) requires:

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of time or participation

You agree to contact support to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

• Suspend access during disputes
• Treat abusive or fraudulent chargebacks as a violation of this agreement

You understand that:

• Outcomes depend on your effort, execution, and decisions
• The Platform does not guarantee that any user will successfully create, launch, or operate a business
• Inability to achieve a specific outcome, including business creation or revenue generation, does not constitute failure of delivery

You acknowledge that:

• AI tools (including AIDEN) may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs
• The platform is for educational and informational purposes only
• The Platform’s value is derived from the overall system, methodology, and user execution — not any single tool, feature, or output
• Variability, inaccuracy, or inconsistency in AI outputs does not constitute failure of the Platform or its core deliverable
