Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your access to and use of the Platform.

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Use. Any capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

You may use the Platform solely for:

• Personal use; or
• Internal business use

in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable laws.

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that violates this Policy.

3.1 Account & Access Misuse

You shall not:

• Share, transfer, or provide access to your account credentials
• Allow multiple users to access a single account
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent access controls or security measures
• Access or attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users

3.2 Intellectual Property Violations

You shall not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Platform content
• Extract, reuse, or repurpose proprietary frameworks, prompts, systems, or methodologies
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform
• Create competing products, programs, or services based on Platform materials

3.3 AI & Tool Misuse

With respect to AI-powered tools (including AIDEN), you shall not:

• Use the Platform to generate or facilitate illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activity
• Use outputs to provide professional services (including legal, financial, or medical advice) without appropriate licensing and independent verification
• Input or attempt to process sensitive third-party information without proper authorization
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse engineer AI outputs or system behavior

3.4 Platform Integrity & Security

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying logic
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or content from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt Platform functionality, servers, or networks
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful technologies

3.5 Unlawful or Harmful Conduct

You shall not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
• Harass, defame, abuse, or harm others
• Promote or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical activities

The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor usage of the Platform
• Investigate suspected violations of this Policy
• Take appropriate enforcement action

Enforcement actions may include:

• Suspension of access
• Termination of account
• Revocation of licenses
• Restriction from future use of the Platform

Violation of this Policy constitutes a breach of the Terms of Use and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

The Company may update this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
